CERAMAH MAAL HIJRAH 1431H
Badan Kerohanian dan Surau SMK Putera Jaya telah mengadakan Ceramah Maal Hijrah sempena Sambutan Maal Hijrah Peringkat SMK Putera Jaya 1431H pada 06 Januari 2010 bertempat di Surau AlFaaiziin, SMK Putera Jaya.
Ceramah telah disampaikan oleh Ustaz Asri, Pegawai Bahagian Penguatkuasaan, Pejabat Agama Daerah Setiu.

GOTONG ROYONG MEMASAK BUBUR ASYURA
Badan Kerohanian dan Surau SMK Putera Jaya dengan kerjasama Kelab Keluarga SMK Putera Jaya telah mengadakan program membuat bubur Asyura sempena Majlis Sambutan Maal Hijrah Peringkat SMK Putera Jaya pada 06 Januari 2010 yang lalu. Sebanyak 3 kawah bubur asyura disediakan untuk jamuan semua warga SMK Putera Jaya dan tetamu dari PPD Setiu.
Sekalung penghargaan diucapkan kepada semua pihak yang bersama menjayakan program ini. "Amalan Syura Melahirkan Muafakat Warga SMK Putera Jaya"
I am here to talk about Education as a lifelong process.
Education in a person’s life starts at birth. It is oftensaid that a person is born with a clean slate. As he or she begins to learn various things, this slate becomes coloured.A baby is first taught by his mother. He taught to eat, drink,speak and later to walk and run.
When a child starts schooling, his teacher takes over from his mother. He taught moral values such as respect, kindness and loyalty. He makes new friends who also teach him many things. He takes part in co-curucular activities that interest him. A child learns to choose what is good for him. He also learns to choose his friend. This is important time for children. As he grows older, he learns to choose subjects that interest him and help him to choose a career.
When a person startsworking, he is exposed to people from different walks of life. He is more mature now. He learns from his experiences at work, as well as,from friends and colleagues.
When he has his own family, he learns to be a good role model for his children. He still learns to ke up with the current times. He has to learns what is good for his children and their future

HARI 1 SESI PERSEKOLAHAN 2010
Hari Pertama sesi persekolahan 2010 SMK Putera dimulakan dengan Perhimpunan Mingguan 1 dalam suasana penuh keceriaan dan azam tahun baru 2010. Perhimpunan yang telah diadakan di Dewan Terbuka SMK Putera Jaya dengan suasana hujan renyai-renyai di luar dewan.
Perhimpunan ini turut disertai oleh Timbalan PPD Setiu, Hj. Kipayatul Allah B. Dato' Mohd Said yang hadir ke SMK Putera Jaya untuk memantau hari pertama persekolahan sesi 2010

Pendaftaran pelajar sesi persekolahan 2010 SMK Putera Jaya telah diadakan pada 31 Disember 2009 bertempat di Dewan Terbuka SMK Putera Jaya.
